How long does an assessment take? +

Standard assessments range from 45 minutes to 3 hours depending on complexity. Custom assessments can be configured to your requirements, including multi-day formats with breaks.

Can candidates cheat? +

Our anti-cheat system monitors tab-switching, copy-paste attempts, and suspicious browser activity. Violations trigger warnings and eventual termination. All activity is logged for your review.

What if a candidate fails? +

Results show detailed breakdowns by topic area. Candidates can retake after a cooling-off period (you control this) with a new voucher or payment. Results highlight specific development areas for targeted improvement.

Are questions kept up to date? +

Yes. We review and update questions regularly to reflect regulatory changes, new standards, and industry developments. Custom assessments are reviewed with you at creation and annually thereafter.
